Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER) requires that all work equipment be maintained in an efficient state, in effective order and in good repair; where any machinery has a maintenance log, the log is kept up to date and that the equipment is regularly maintained.

We will contact you a month before each piece of equipment is due to be certified, to make mutually convenient arrangements to visit, test and certify the equipment.
We will issue a certificate on the day for each piece of equipment that successfully passes assessment.
Should a piece of equipment fail assessment we will provide a quotation for any remedial work that’s required.
If we complete the remedial work on the failed equipment we will provide a re-test and certification of the equipment free of charge.
Monthly payment plan
If you have a lot of equipment, we are happy to provide annual cover for all your equipment on a monthly payment basis to ease cash-flow burden.
Offer you residents a perfect rise & recline chair:
AGA offer a bespoke chair assessment and fitting service for your residents and it won’t cost you a penny. Posture and Pressure management is critical to the well being of any resident but it can be time consuming and complicated to find the right chair every time. With our service we will build a chair to a Residents requirements and rent it to you on a weekly basis - no minimum period. You could then provide this as an add on service for a monthly fee to your resident or make it part of your service offering.

Get the CQC off your back - get an asset register
Increasingly CQC inspectors are expecting to see equipment registers when they visit. Use AGA to create, maintain & accredit your equipment lists. We provide software to track, record and diarise equipment compliance requirements. If we have created an asset register for your Care Home we will provide evidence of your equipment certification and maintenance records to CQC inspectors on request.
